We are looking a Quantity Surveyor to join our growing project team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Q.S. duties including interim payment application, certifying payment, valuation of variation, cost control & reporting, final account settlement, cost estimation, subletting and tendering
• Preparation of Subcontract / Works Order / VO
• Maintain an up-to-date suppliers database
• Handling quantity surveying matters with other stakeholders including client and sub-contractors
• Experience on tendering for MTR / Airport project, E&M and Building works project will be advantage
• 6 days per week: 9:00am to 18:00pm      

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying/ Civil Engineering/ E&M/ Building studies
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience or above
• Good knowledge of measurement, contractual skills and problem-solving skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good Computer Skills in MS Word and MS Excel 
• Experience on tendering for MTR / Airport project, E&M and Building works project will be advantage
