Responsibility:

• Re-measurement, valuing variations, cost control, contract administration, claims preparation
• And dealing with sub-contractor’s accounts.
• Conversant with Pre-Post Contract duties, subletting of domestic contracts. 

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
• 2 years experience or above in QS.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Professional qualification and PC knowledge are advantageous.
• Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese.
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
