TLS & Associates Ltd. are currently looking for quantity surveyors and assistant quantity surveyors who meet the following requirements:

Quantity Surveyors
‧ Bachelor Degree in Surveying or equivalent
‧ Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in quantity surveying
‧ Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese

Assistant Quantity Surveyors
‧ Bachelor Degree / Associate Degree / Higher Diploma in Surveying
‧ Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese

Responsibilities
‧ Assisting the Project Quantity Surveyors to provide Quantity Surveying Services for different projects
‧ Providing pre-contract services including cost estimation, taking off quantities, draft tender documents and tender analysis etc.
‧ Providing post-contract services including certifying interim payment, valuation of variations, final account settlement etc.
‧ Attending project meetings, site meetings, tender interviews etc.
