Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor (Site)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for tender documents administration, material taking off and pricing, measurement of works, valuation of variation etc.
• Prepare cost estimation, subletting, extension of time claim, certifying payment and variation, and final account settlement
• Liaise with contractors/ specialist suppliers and support to administrative matters
• Attend site inspections, visits, site meetings and tender interviews
• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in related disciplines
• At least 4 years’ relevant experience in project management
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor
• Proficient in PC applications (e.g. MS Excel, Words, Project, PowerPoint etc.)
• Self-motivated, good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility
• Immediate available is preferred

General Clerk (Site)

Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical and administrative assistance for the assigned team
• Assist the project team in all aspect of project operation such as administrative support, site coordination and procedure follow up
• Assist in general office administrative work including data entry and document filling
• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• DSE or above with at least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office & Chinese word processing
• Self-motivated, good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility
• Fresh Graduates are welcome
