This top tier Client in the Asia region due to expansion is seeking for a Quantity Surveyor support their upcoming projects in Hong Kong. 

To be a successful candidate you should possess the following key skills: 

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent  
• 5+ years of project experience in A&A works for Hotel, Residential or Commercial with consultants, contractors, or client-side
• Responsible with reviewing deliverables, cost control, procurement activities (tendering) and prepare and review budget estimations
• Professional membership with MHKIS or MRICS
• Those immediately available will be highly preferred
