As our QS, you will be the main point of contact for large scale projects across our business in the UK.

This role is a fixed term 18-month contract based in our Frimley office!

This is your role. What part will you play?

As our Quantity Surveyor, you will:

·         Work alongside the Project Manager to provide Contract, Subcontract administration, Subcontract procurement and tender process through to Subcontract Award

·         Assist and offer commercial guidance with risk management and assist our Project Manager with Cost to Complete

·         Prepare and submit Application for Payments and manage subcontract and supplier Payment process working closely with the Accounts Team

·         Update and maintain Project Registers and Reports

We are looking for super minds, not superheroes

We are looking for a QS who can manage large scale, critical projects with the ability to work across multiple functions.  You will work closely with the Senior QS and Commercial Manager with day to day tasks when the need arises and ideally have multi-disciplinary or Technology/M&E background

Ideally, you will hold a HNC/HND/Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management and  ECC / NEC3 suite of contracts is a benefit
