Our client is a well established Hong Kong property developer with a strong portfolio of residential and commercial development projects in Hong Kong. Due to business expansion, they are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the team.  

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all QS related jobs including tendering, budgeting, cost and contract management for all the residential/ commercial projects.
• Monitor the progress and status of submissions and approval status 
• Prepare all project cost related recommendations and reports to the management
• Maintain project cost analysis/data bank and market update information related to construction cost

Job Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Quantity Surveying or related disiplines
• HKIS or RICS member 
• At least 10 years working in Consultant firms or Developers for residential projects
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
