Client's information:

This is an interior design & contracting company from Taiwan, their portfolio are focusing on large-scale such as residential development/ commercial building/ public area in Hong Kong.

At the moment, they are looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor with certain interior fitting-out project experiences to join them.

WHAT YOU DO?

• All contract quantity surveying works for ongoing projects.
• Pre-contract and post-contract including tendering, cost estimation, subletting and claim.
• Ensure completion of projects on schedule and within budget.
• Tendering, quotations, variation orders, cost control and settlement of accounts.

WHAT YOU NEED?

• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Experiences in different fitting-out projects.
• 4+ years of work experience.
• Good command of English and Cantonese
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
