Responsibilities:

* Responsible for pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying duties including preparation of cost estimates, procurement and tendering, contract administration, variation, Interim Payment Applications and final accounts negotiation, etc.

* Attend meetings when required

* Track progress against projects and manage accounts and relevant records

* Formulate claim strategy including liaison with clients, suppliers, subcontractors

Requirements:

* Good learner with enthusiasm and ambition for success

* Able to work independently

* Higher Diploma / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building Services discipline or equivalent

* At least 3 years relevant Quantity Surveying experience in Landscape or construction works projects

* Proficient in MS Office, both spoken and written English and Chinese

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Good team player, self-motivated and hard work

* Pro-active self-starter with attention to details

* Immediate available / short notice is preferred

* Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Cantonese

With a relevant working experience in Main Contractor for not less than 1 year will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor
