Responsibilities: 

Full responsibilities for interior fitting-out tender preparation and submission, which includes:

- cost estimation and measurement

- tender query

- tender analysis

- contract documents

- technical submission

- evaluation

- interim payment; and

- variation order

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in pre-contract and tendering, preferably in fitting out

- Capable of working independently and self-motivation

- Good communication and team working

- Proficient in MS Words and Excel

- Good command of English and Chinese
