Our Client is an International PERE Group specializing in Commercial and Logistics development; they are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor Manager to manage their project portfolio in Shanghai.

To be a successful candidate you should possess the following key skills: 

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or relevant
• 8+ years’ experience with Commercial, Industrial or Logistics projects in Greater China, including Developers, PERE Groups or Contractors
• Reporting to the Director of Projects, the selected individual will oversee works from the contract team including budget reports, cost variances, contract specifications and pre and post contract services
• The candidate must speak fluent Chinese and English and be eligible to station in Shanghai
