Job Description
Responsibility
- Preparation of tender documentations, preparation of cost reports and cost plans, administration of tender process, evaluation of tenders and recommendation reports.
- Review variation request order, assess the associated variation costs, monthly financial report, valuation of progress payment and final account.
- Estimation of project costs Preparation of bills of quantities and other tender documents
- Good working knowledge of various Forms of Contract and Standard Method of Measurements (SIA, REDAS and PSSCOC).
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced, Higher, Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Candidates with lesser years of experience may be considered for a junior role.
- Familiar with construction cost and able to work independently and as a team
- Flexibility with regard to working hours to meet the requirements of this challenging position.
- Good verbal and written communications skills
- Possess excellent people skills with the ability to integrate within a multi-disciplinary team
- Prepare to travel overseas as and when required for handling of overseas projects.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): quantity surveying
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
