Job Scope: - 

• To work with Tendering Manager and responsible for Tendering and Estimating for A&A/Fitting Out/New Build/Renovation project independently.

Job Requirements: -

• A holder of Degree/ Higher Diploma in Building Studies / Quantity Surveyor or equivalent;
• Minimum 5 years QS related work experience; experience in tendering will be an advantage;
• Proficient command of spoken & written English and Chinese;
• Self-motivated and work independently;
• Good PC knowledge;
• Less experience will be considered to Quantity Surveyor.
