Responsibilities

• Provide Support to Q.S. Department;
• Data / Documents Control, Monitoring and Updating;
• Assist Q.S. to handle and Control for :

1. Main-Contract / Sub-Contract;
2. Sub-letting and Cost Control;
3. Cost Estimate, Measurement, Payment and Final Account.

Requirements

• Form 5 / HKDSE or above;
• Working experience in construction industry is highly preferred;
• Prefer Certificate in Quantity Surveying or other equivalent certificate holder;
• Proficient in MS Office;
• Good command in spoken & written English and Chinese;
• Responsible, hardworking & willing to learn;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• 5.5 days with 2 Ex-gratia Saturday off (Mon to Fri: 09:00-18:00 & Sat: 09:00-13:00).

Working Location: Lai Chi Kok
