Job Summary: This position will be working to follow up and document changes to contract conditions and tender documents realized in all project sites throughout the project’s execution period and gathering information and corresponding documentation. Your new role – challenging and future-oriented He/She will be feeding change management process for follow up of claims and dispute management. Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors. Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents. Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies. Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required. Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets. Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders. Traveling from the office to various sites as required Verification of info gathered from System Engineering team Your qualifications – solid and appropriate Ideal candidate should have experience in structuring similar processes in infrastructure projects.
