In your new role, you will ensure that the contractual requirements of our mass transit rail projects (metros, subways, and commuter trains around the world) are handled in accordance with the terms of the contract. You will prepare the timely submission of contract-compliant obstruction notices and be responsible for their follow-up and reporting together with our project team and Contract Management. In addition, you will monitor contractual obligations and assist in recording contractual variances, their corresponding cost impacts, and developing profitability for our projects. Furthermore, you will proactively develop our change management by formalizing processes and procedures to ensure a consistent approach across different project types (A, B and C). You will succeed in this, through close coordination with as well as support of the technical and commercial management. What do you bring along? You hold a degree in business or technical studies (master's degree / diploma), ideally with additional specialization in the areas of contract and claim management. Moreover, you have several years of professional experience as a contract claim manager (f/m/d) or project manager. You have gained this experience in a technical project environment. Ideally in the rail transport or construction industry. Therefore, you are well acquainted with the specifics of contractual matters of major international projects. Furthermore, you bring experience in working with international teams. Because you work in global projects, you have a very good command of English. German language skills are an advantage.
