Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor (Civil or Building Works)

• Prepare tender submission, tender analysis, contractual issues, claims & dispute resolution
• Prepare variation submission, follow up variation assessment and valuation of final account
• Assess sub-contractor’s variation orders, prepare sub-contract documentation
• Degree/Diploma/Certificate holder in Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering or related disciplines
• Relevant working experience in Civil Engineering
• Fluency in both written & spoken English & Chinese, Proficiency in MS Office Applications
• Fresh graduates or candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor
• Positions and Offers base on qualification and experience

 Assistant Engineer / Engineer (Civil or Structural Engineering)

• Degree holder or above
• Project management, monitor working program, quality, material procurement, site progress, tendering
• Teamwork, Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, able to work independently, hardworking, well organized
• Proficiency in PC applications, MS Office, AutoCAD
• Fluency in both written & spoken English & Chinese including Mandarin
• Positions and Offers base on qualification and experience, fresh graduates are welcome
