Duties & Responsibilities:

• Valuation of variation works, interim payment, claims and settlement of Final Accounts with clients /Sub-contractors
• Prepare contractual claims and assist in dispute resolution
• Prepare cash flow forecast and cost reports
• Prepare contract document for sub-letting/procurement process
• Perform any ad hoc job duties as assigned

Qualifications/Educational Requirements, Skills & Experience : 

• Degree or High Diploma in Q.S. or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years working experience in quantity surveying gained in main contractors or consultant firms
• Strong sense in budgeting, commercial/contractual aspects and quantum analysis
• Self-motivated and initiative
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Quantity Surveyor
