Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support in reviewing shipping documents such as PPAP, CoC and inspection reports, ensure correct information is sent to the customer
• Review, audit and summarize customer specification
• Technical assessment, auditing and summarizing of technical information necessary for quotation.
• Provide pre and post sales technical support to internal customers
• Provide on time and accurate responses on email inquiries.

• Global coordination and assistance on issue resolution and support request through effective communication with various departments (factory, sales & purchasing).
• Artwork review, comparison and basic Gerber file modification as needed
• Design for manufacturability review.
• Will be responsible for additional tasks as assigned by reporting manager.
• Job requirements
• Degree in chemical/mechanical/ industry engineering. BS in computer engineering would be preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of product engineering or quotation experiences in PCB manufacturing industry.
• PCB pricing knowledge.
• Sound knowledge of PCB Manufacturing.
• Experience on UCAM, Cam 350 and Genesis.
• Altium, Allegro or Cadence experience preferred.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Fluent in written and oral English.
• Self-motivated, can work under limited supervision.
• Good communication skills.
• Willing to take responsibility and work under pressure.
• With at least one year of PCB CAM experience.
• Proficient in MS Office Application
