• Good communication skills

• Fluently English and/or German speaking and writing skills
• Be able to work overtime and willing to travel
• Good knowledge of MS tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project)
• Able to work under pressure and to manage pressure
• Familiar and experience with vehicle development procedure and processes

b. Required Education & Experience / 教育背景及工作经验

• At least bachelor degree on mechanical and/or electrical related background
• At least 10 years related working experience in Automotive Engineering and Project Management
• Good market knowledge concerning products, customers and competitors
• Own existing network within the related industry

Main Tasks & Responsibility主要任务和职责

• Quotation execution:
• Analyze the requirement and target of new project ( quotation ) request from customer
• Coordinate with department to clarify technical content and responsibility of the request
• Interface to customer for daily communication of quotation request clarification include timing / responsibility / organization / scope of work / deliveries…etc.
• Prepare quotation proposal together with department and/or external supplier if necessary
• Support sales for commercial negotiation and competitor analyze and quotation possibility and define next action
• Prepare quotation status and report to management
• Sales:
• Improve the customer relationship
• Project execution
• Detail time planning of project and follow up for assigned project
• Define together with department management team resource plan and work packages (external & internal as well as inter-company)
• Technical direct the teams and implement frequent project team meetings
• Analyze project team performance and initiate corrective actions
• Lead claim management
• Responsible for assigned project performance, milestones and cash-flow
• Other tasks assigned by the superior
