Role Summary: Working from Haygrove Shanghai's office but with frequent travel to client project sites for review, the Quote and Farm Design Manager will own the tasks of designing farms using Haygrove tunnels and issuing all quotations for clients purchasing from Haygrove China.

Key Responsibilities: 主要职责
- Produce full quotations according to deadlines for tunnel materials based on personal experience and client requirement briefs from the Sales Team.根据个人经验以及客户要求按时提交报价方案。
- Design full farm projects (tunnels, block design, drainage, key structures) based on information provided by clients, Sales Team and site visits. 根据客户、销售提供的信息以及实地观察设计项目。
- To understand client needs and match those to the demands of their farm location when designing projects using Haygrove tunnels. 理解客户的需求,设计方案满足客户的需求。
- Communicate with Haygrove clients (with Sales Team support) to ensure they are informed of project progress while also having the chance to request changes and updates to their designs. 在销售团队支持下与客户交流,确保客户理解设计方案,配合客户需求做改变。

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in tunnel design, tunnel construction, or irrigation design3-5年棚体设计、棚体建设和灌溉设计经验
