工作职责:

1. Assist S./ R& D manager to implementation of lab experiments and stability tests on innovation products.

2. Independent documentation via lab reports in Mandarin and English.

3. Support of innovation product scale-up in ZJG plant on demand.

4. Maintain samples, chemical substances, technical equipment, furniture and operational procedures in lab.

5. Meeting the requirements of IMS/ISO and EHSS standards.

6. Drive innovation by proposing new ideas and preparing project proposals

7. Build up and strengthen HTV platform in region as a HTV team member

任职资格:

Education

1. Master degree or higher.

2. Major in chemistry or chemical engineering, silicone/polymer-related preferred.

Knowledge/Requirement

1. Solid theoretical knowledge of chemistry, silicone chemistry, silica and rubber processing experience preferred.

2. Pronounced practical lab skills.

3. Diligence and creativity, quick response to work, efficient time management.

4. Good command of written and spoken English.

5. Solid IT skills (MS Windows, MS Office, MS Outlook).

6. Soft skills: Open-minded, pro-active and communicational personality.

Experience

1. Graduated students.

2. Two years of working experience in related industries is preferred.
