1. Manage, design and implement concrete related innovation projects under the supervision of R&D Manager.

2. Optimize and localize the existed concrete related products on market demand

3. Assist production team in scale up the related products transferred from other regions

4. Support business and analytical team for the trouble shooting and complaint cases from related customers

5. Build up product evaluation method in lab

6. Explore and maintain cooperation with related external academic institutes

7. Drive innovation by proposing new ideas and preparing project proposals

8. Take certain responsibility in related patent, scientific literature and regulation scanning and analysis

9. Meet and comply with the regulations concerning safety, health and environment

1. Master degree or above in chemistry, or related majors

Knowledge/Requirement

1. Solid theoretical knowledge, extensive R&D and application experience in concrete functional additives or chemicals

2. Strong technology background in concrete production and application process

3. With silicone application knowledge is preferred

4. Strong project management experience is preferred

5. Good English written and spoken capability

6. Soft skills: Open-minded, pro-active and communicational personality.

Experience

1. Master degree with at least 5 years of R&D work experience in Concrete related fields

2. Have experience in silicone is preferred
