职位要求:

1. Master degree and above in Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics Engineering / Physics .
2. At least 3 years of relevant experience in device .
3. Above 3 years of Process Integration.
4. Experience of 40nm, 28nm or advanced technology are preferred.
