We are hiring R&D Engineer to join our Anting plant.

Job Summary

Develop film capacitor products to reach the maximum competitiveness.

Major Responsibilities

• Develop film capacitor new products to reach the maximum competitiveness according to the indications from Product Managers, Sales Team and Customers.
• As primary contact window to interface and coordinate with Product Managers and Sales Team to provide technical support and solutions to customers
• New materials development and new source qualification
• Support process engineering team on quality trouble shooting
• Support manufacturing process development, cost estimating and quoting
• Other task assigned by immediate supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above
• Experience in Film capacitor materials, technology or application

Special Knowledge

• Electronics or electric basic knowledge
• IATF 16949
• Project planning and management

• Good interpersonal skills and teamwork
• Honest, dedicated with strong sense of responsibilities, self-driven, result-oriented with a positive outlook
• CET-4 or above
