The primary function of this position is to support sales team to develop and design product that meet customer needs and provide on-site technical services to customers for cement and concrete additive business. This position is responsible for:

• Execute company EHS programs and support all environmental, health and safety-related activities and carry out assigned duties contributing to the overall compliance with company and local environmental, health and safety regulation

• Communicating effectively to sales and design lab screening protocol

• Report lab screening data and interpret results to sales, Write technical summaries and reports;

• Support sales to provide technical service to customers in product application;

• Participate in multifunctional terms focusing on new product commercialization and new product development projects;

• Other related activities as directed by supervisor.

  
  

Required Skills:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Chemistry or Building Materials, Structural and Civil Engineering also can be considered, 5 years job experience in chemical industry, cement and concrete manufacturing or concrete admixture product development
• Fluent in oral and written English, with good communication skills, be able to communication with regional and global teams.
• Advanced knowledge of Polymer Chemistry
• High initiative and ability to learn. Willingness to do hands-on lab work
• Working knowledge of Design of Experiments and analysis.
• Ability to work on cross-functional teams and deal face-to-face with customers
• Accept 1/3 work time travel if necessary
