SCOPE OF THE ROLE AND BASIC PURPOSE/职位与基本目的的范围
R&D Engineer is primarily responsible for ensuring that design intent (form, fit, function) and design for
manufacture are satisfied during the product design process. The comprehensive conveyance of all
drawing/design data, required to manufacture products cost effectively is a fundamental and core
responsibility. The accurate capture and translation of design inputs into design solutions that have been
verified and validated is also a central activity for ensuring the quality of product designs.
研发工程师的基本职责是在产品设计的过程中确保设计的目的（形式，适配度以及功能）和可制造
性符合要求。工程师的基本核心职责是确保所有图纸/设计数据能够指导产品被有效的生产出来。
作为保证产品设计质量的一个关键行为是，研发工程师需要精准的捕捉设计输入以及把设计输入转
化成设计方案并且对设计方案进行验证和确认。

• Focus on 3D modeling (CAD) and drafting and the associate training and skill development to perform

these tasks.

• Strictly maintain confidential Information and intellectual property (IP) includes Product development information, designs, trade secrets, government reporting and legal matters, sales volumes and marketing strategies.

• All work will be carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures. Ability to comply with the Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations.

• Coordinate prototype production and approves design drawings.

Required Competencies and Skills/所需的能力与技能:

• B.S. in Biomedical Engineering, B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. Or equivalent experiences.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in product development or equivalent.
