? Good understanding on the structure-performance relationship of materials, and strong capability on materials testings and characterization. Your tasks:

? Work in the field of chemical strengthening, etching, leaching, cleaning etc. to get deep understanding on chemical processing of glass, modification of glass surfaces and the relationship between composition and chemical mechanisms, e.g. strength improvement, of different glasses从事玻璃的化学强化、蚀刻、清洗等加工领域的研究，深入了解玻璃的化学处理、玻璃表面的改性以及玻璃的成分与化学机理的关系，如不同玻璃的强度优化

? Set up lab competence if necessary on chemical processing and related testings建立化学加工和相关测试的实验室能力

? Establish the technical network with internal and external experts, participate the conferences and fairs, and drive the internal or external cooperation与公司内部和外部专家共建技术网络，积极参加相关会议和展览，推动内外部的技术合作

? Propose innovation ideas and R&D projects to develop new products or process to achieve internal or customer needs with higher performance; Initiate and file patents in the strategic areas提出创新想法和研发项目，开发新产品或新流程，以更好地满足客户需求; 在战略领域提出并申请专利

? Prepare reports for all external visits & lab evaluations, and presentations for projects, with high quality standard and time measures高质量，按时准备外部访问和实验室技术报告，并定期进行项目进展汇报

? Follow strictly company policy including EHS, equipment maintenance, lab 5s and compliance and take personal responsibility based on the department guideline严格遵守包括环境健康安全，设备维护，实验室5s以及合规在内的公司政策规定，并根据部门的要求承担个人责任
