This is a R&D Engineer - External role reporting to the R&D Team Manager in the Business Area - Robotics & Discrete Automation, located in Shanghai, China.

Your responsibilities

• Programming ladder logic and structured text on Siemens PLC controller platform(S7-300/400/1200/1500) with software Siemens TIA Portal/Step 7.
• Designing schematics for industrial electrical panels, field wiring and machine control safety circuits in CAD (E-PLAN or AUTOCAD).
• Preparing related technical documents and BOM for manufacturing.

Your background

• Bachelor or above degree on electronic/automation/computer programming graduates.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical commissioning and design.
• Experience in programming 6 axis robot program (Like ABB, FANUC) and commissioning of non-standard equipment.
• A good team player, good communicator and can work under pressure.
• Strong motivation at work.
• Good competence in planning, coordination and presentation.
