Responsible for designing, developing, troubleshooting, or debugging embedded memory compilers.

Requirements:
Sound CMOS design fundamentals.
Experience in Design Margining and reliability.
Worked on Timing/Power/Leakage Optimization Techniques.
Exposure to Backend Design.
Knowledge about basic scripting and tools such as simulation tool < hsim/hspice>, schematic and layout editor.
Senior circuit design capabilities

• transistor level circuit design
• some memory design experience will be a plus

Experience: Requires a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience. Typically requires no previous professional experience. Knowledge base generally acquired from a college degree or equivalent course training. Learns to use professional concepts. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.
