职位设置目的

Purpose of Position:

• To provide technical research and troubleshooting internally and externally.
• To work on new raw material sourcing and self-development;
• To develop new productsaccording to the technical trends and customer requirements;

首要职责

Principal Accountabilities:

• Follow the R&D direction, development and improve the current formulation and products;
• Technical research andinstruction to internal and external customers;
• To initiate and manage R&D projects, to ensure project can be completed in time and bring additional value to company and customers;
• To be sensitive on new market trends and customer requirements, can take pre-study on the future interior product and push it to practical application;

学历及技能要求

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• Masteror PhDin Chemistry, Polymers, Chemical Engineering, High Performance Materials and relative sciences.
• Good chemical and material knowledge and R&D spirit
• Good strategy and result-oriented mind;
• Good research or RD project experience;
• Experience in Odour/VOC study is highly preferred;
• Experience in automotive industry and/or interior materials is a plus;
• Good communication skills both in English and Mandarin
• Knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental policies and legislation.
