AKG Thermal Systems (Taicang) Co., Ltd, is a 100% subsidiary of the German AKG Group and has been successful in China for more than 20 years. With a strong in-house engineering team, we offer cooling solutions to local and Global Key Accounts. We export 75% of our sales, serving industries like construction equipment, high-speed trains, high-performance cars and agriculture.

岗位职责Job Description

• 研发工作，主要包括
  o 复杂换热器的传热计算、强度计算，为销售工程师提供必要的支持
  o FEM和CFD计算联络、结果分析，为销售工程师提供支持
  o 调研电动车辆国内外的技术现状，制定我们的应对策略
  o 电动车辆散热系统的开发
  o 移动设备水冷机组的研发
• 配合总部研发部进行必要的研发工作
• 新产品引进转化
• 协助上级完成其他相关任务。
• Research and development working, including
  o heat transfer calculation and strength calculation of complex cooler, in order to provide necessary support to sales engineers
  o Calculation FEM & CFD, analysie the data,in order to provide support to sales engineers
  o Investigate the technical status of electric vehicles, and identity business opportunities
  o Research and development of cooling system for electric vehicle
  o Research and development of water-cooled unit for mobile machines
• Communication with headquarter to research and development works
• Introduction or contribute to designing tools for new products
• Assist superior to complete other related tasks

任职要求Job Qualifications

• 传热（热能、暖通、制冷等）相关专业硕士研究生毕业，优秀本科毕业生亦可
• 英语或德育至少有一门听说读写流利
• 良好的沟通能力和合作精神
• 有相关工作经验者优先考虑。
• Bachelor’s degree in ventilating,heat transfer & Refrigeration or related field required, Master’s preferred
• Advanced knowledge of English/German language
• Good communication skills and team cooperation
• Relevant experience is preferred
