PRIMARY PURPOSE:

o Stay close with key customers in responsible region, to improve customer satisfaction and to drive growth both in revenue and profit, to contribute business performance of MSBU.

o Coordination between MSBU functional teams, related to new product development projects for the customers in responsible region, by supporting technical matter to move forward the projects faster.

o Specially, support new product concept, make technical material and product analysis, simulation etc. His supporting area is not only for new product but also for existing products.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

o Take required action to achieve annual budget of revenue and profit in responsible region.

o Once new product development project started, driving progress by taking a role to connect MSBU engineering and customer in the middle. Then release new product on time to the market to achieve faster growth.

o Develop new concept for key customer then transfer to internal engineering team.

Check technical demand in customer.

Evaluate design possibility and make concept.

o Designing with detail structure and modifying design including analysis based on customer request, and having a responsibly.

Tolerance analysis, structure breakdown, contact force analysis

o Provide product information and promotion material of existing products to GSM/Distributors to support their marketing activity.

Competitor product analysis and comparison with Molex products

Foot pattern, FPC pad pattern analysis.

EDUCATION:

Required:

? Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent or higher.

Preferred:

? Fluent in English

WORK RELATED EXPERIENCE:

Required:

? 6 years+ work experience in connector design

? Familiar to 2D/ 3D CAD system

? Familiar to connector industry and product & specification

? Good interpersonal communication skill

? Good English skill on both writing and speaking

Preferred:

? Work experience in multi-national team organization

SKILLS:

Required:

? Positive and logical thinking way and strong moral

? English Communication skill by which can convey the opinions and facts accurately to Internally/Externally Molex MSBU

? Flexible mind to understand / accept the difference in culture and nationalism.

? Ability to recognizing fact accurately/ information analysis/creativity to develop solution, By utilizing those capability, picking up essential elements from a lot of information about technical trend, demand trend information from target customers, and develop solutions to feed back to customers.

? Coordination capability among cross functional team, internally / externally Molex.

? Ability to write and read engineering materials and presentation skill in native language
