As a Release Support Engineer, you will be playing an active role in a multidisciplinary DevOps Team, supporting release delivery, operations and process excellence. You will ensure that activities are carried out in a compliant manner and work closely with a Release Manager and other stakeholders to establish release delivery and operational quality is in place. You will also:
• Coordinate IT Change and Deployment Management activities based on release schedule
• Conduct gap analysis in Project Management Tool across multidisciplinary team
• Enhance existing IT ways of working and processes with associated updates of SOPs and work instructions / knowledge articles
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, process execution and removal of day-to-day impediments
• Support Test Leads on timely delivery of System Acceptance and User Acceptance Testing
Requirements:
• Relevant Bachelor or Master’s Degree in IT / Bio-Technology / Pharmaceutical Sciences
• Good theoretical understanding of Software Development Lifecycle, Agile frameworks, such as Scrum and SAFe
• Technical experience on JIRA, Confluence, HP ALM, Service Now, PowerBI is a big plus
• Knowledge of Change Management Processes, GAMP guidelines and GxP quality standards
• Certifications such as ITIL, SAFe, Professional Scrum Master and/or ISTQB is a big plus
• Quality mindset with problem-solving skills is the must
• Strong conceptual and workload management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Fluent English, both written and oral
Posting is closing at April 21st. All submitted applications will be verified by us and assessed based on the objective criteria. Selected candidates will receive an invitation to introduce and present themselves using HireVue - a tool that allows to send answers to recruitment questions in the form of video recordings. On the final stage of the process you will remotely meet the recruiting team consisting of representatives of a given department. At the beginning of June, we will announce a list of people for whom this year's internship program recruitment process was successful.
The internships will start in July and will last from 3 to 6 months, depending on the department. Initial training (onboarding) and all internships, for safety reasons, are designed fully in the remote formula.
In this year's internship program we will invite over 50 people to participate!
