职位描述

Role:

• Working as an R&D assistant to support dairy team.

Responsibilities:

• Make beverage prototypes based on formulation provided;
• Support test for raw material, samples and other beverages;
• Maintain laboratory and sample inventory of ingredients and supplies;
• Be responsible for equipment operation & maintenance in the lab;
• Support demos for internal and external customers;
• Submission of samples for analytical and sensory evaluation;
• Plan, conduct and coordinate stability studies, manage ingredient orders, expiration, handling, prepare batch sheets, ensure product meets specifications.

Measurements:

• Deliver prototypes and experimental results in a timely and effective way, delivered under a quality output;
• Record in responsible lab equipment.

Working Relationships:

• Internal: Process, Sensory, Packaging, Physical-Micro labs, QA, Operation;
• External: Bottler, Ingredient/flavor suppliers, Lab equipment supplier, lab consumable goods supplier.

Hiring Period: >6 months.

任职条件

Requirements:

• Literacy in both spoken & written Chinese is a must;
• Junior college or above in Food Science or Food Engineering or Chemical Engineering;
• Operate and maintain equipment; understand basic English; operate Microsoft Office;
• Working days: the more the better, at least 3 days.
