Responsibilities :

• Responsible for leading a team of engineers on technological development
• To develop new technology/new product to extend the coverage at customer end
• To provide technical advice for new products to customers and other departments
• To keep abreast of technical developments, applications and tools 

Requirements :

• Degree  or above in Science / Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 8 years of R & D experience, preferably in displays manufacturing industry
• Familiar with ISO 9000 & TS 16949 compliance
• Solid experience in automotive end product 
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Strong Leadership and good communication skills
• Be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Frequent travel to PRC plant is required
