RESPONSIBILITIES
1、To carry out food research and development as well as related scientific investigation work;
2、To conduct QA for food products and food re-export;
3、To assist in sourcing potential food ingredients, packaging suppliers and evaluate their products quality;
4、To update related department the latest food items new regulations;
5、Render customer services such as complaint or technical support services;
6、 Guide and introduce our production plant, food knowledge as well as our quality management systems to auditors and buyers;
7、 To maintain the audit system, such as HACCP & ISO Awards;
8、Act as a coordinator of related SAR departments as well as academia for crisis management;
9、Provide production training (products knowledge training) to Sales & Marketing staff of food division and Purchasing Department;
10、Work with related team to develop new products and cost saving for existing products。
REQUIREMENTS
1、Degree holder in Chemistry or Food Science with analytical chemistry;
2、Over 10 years relevant working experience in technical operation field, food manufacturing industries (as QA and /or R&D) in which at least 5 years in senior supervisory positions experience in Refinery and/or oils / fats plant will be an advantage;
3、Working experience with PRC food manufacturers will be essential;
4、With customer service experience preferred;
5、Knowledge of HACCP & ISO systems and certifications are required。
