This is a R&D Mechanical Engineer role reporting to the R&D Team Manager in the Business Area – Motion located in Shanghai, China.

Your responsibilities

• Being responsible for global and local product maintenance.
• Being responsible for Mechanical structure design in global product development
• Arranging and coordinating mechanical test internal or external, preparing detail relevant technical documentation, user manual etc.
• Working with Manufacturing and Quality to achieve quality, reliability and manufacturability targets.
• Working with SCM and SQE team to improve the quality of mechanical parts.
• Cooperating with the global team members for necessary technical issue and meeting.

Your background

• Must have a Bachelor or above degree.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with mechanical design. Motor or related industry is preferred.
• Good 3D design drawing skills, UG is preferred.
• Good computer skills in Windows, Microsoft Office, email communication, etc.
• Good level of written & reading skills in English.
• Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills in English & Chinese.
• Ability to work actively and effectively, self-starter, hardworking and teamwork spirit.
