Responsibilities

• Provide technical support in product development from concept stage to production stage,      including molds building supervision
• Prepare engineering documents for costing and operations
• Monitor the development progress till the product is released to production
• Conduct cost and failure analysis for product improvement
• Respond to customers technical enquirers and supervise the progress of mold building
• Formulate project plan and arrange necessary resources for project implementation
• Participate in client meetings and resolving client, engineering and management project issues
• Report to R&D Manager regularly

Requirements :

• Degree in Manufacturing/ Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of experiences in manufacturing, with Mechanical & Electronic plastic products experience
• Good computer knowledge of CAD, PRE ,UG
• Familiar with ISO9001, ISO TS16949 and all safety requirements in China and overseas
• Knowledge of plastic mechanical and mechanism design in mold building
• Good knowledge in prototype processing, plastic injection, packaging design and assembly processing
• Knowledge of WiFi, Bluetooth, IR and IOT application in smart electronic  device, and Apps for Android or IOS system is an advantage
• Fluent written and spoken Chinese, English and Putonghua
• Need to stay and working in Shenzhen
