Reporting to R&D Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for new product development and existing product improvement for KFC brand. He/ She will explore new product development concept, conduct new product trails and new product implementation, fine-tune existing product, needs to prepare and maintain related documentations.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Food and Nutritional Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in QSR or food industry
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight timeline
• Good team player with positive attitude
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skill
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with less working experience will be considered as Assistant R&D Officer
