Responsibilities:

• To manage all new product development for specific market with cost efficiency
• To develop extension flavors for current products and new products
• To design the processing procedures, techniques required and product specifications
• To respond to changes in regulations in different countries, provide alternative solutions for the markets
• To supervise the production issues, including processing procedures, ingredients preparation and packaging process

Requirements:

• Degree in Food Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years of experience in food industry
• Knowledge in food production and processing
• Good command in both English and Chinese
• Self-confident, pragmatic and excellent communication skills
• Analytical and strategic minded, good marketing sense
