This is a R&D Project Manager role reporting to the R&D / Technology Manager in the Business Area – Process Automation, Process Control Platform, located in Hangzhou, China.

Your responsibilities

• Leading the planning and execution of project, facilitating the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Defining project tasks and resource requirements and developing full scale project plans.
• Managing project budget, plan and schedule project timelines, providing direction and support to project team.
• Constantly monitoring and reporting on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
• Presenting reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
• Implementing and managing project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
• Establishing and nurturing productive working relationships with internal/external partners.

Your background

• Bachelors / master’s degree in Automation is preferable.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in R&D Project Management.
• Must have critical thinking and problem-solving skills, be good at planning, organizing, decision-making and teamwork.
• Should have skills like influencing and leading, negotiation and conflict management.
• Good Communication skills, fluent in English and Chinese (Simplified).
