As a R&D Project Manager, ABB's High Voltage Products team provides products which help enhance the safety, reliability and efficiency of power networks while minimizing environmental impact. Our technology leadership continues to facilitate developments in areas such as ultra-high-voltage power transmission, enabling smart grids and enhancing eco-efficiency.

You will contribute significantly to successful results in projects in Gas Insulated Switchgear Product Group/ High Voltage Products Business Line/ Power Grids Business in Xiamen/China country/NAS region. You will develop or create products, systems, services or technologies for ABB´s Business Units by leading and managing the execution of one or more complex R&D projects or a program to meet project targets. Coordinate work of multi-location and cross-functional project teams. Lead in partnership with business managers, steering groups, product management and external parties and ensure value creation.

Your background

• Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3 years or above GIS/GIL R&D and related project experience.
• Familiar with GIS/GIL R&D project execution.
• Basic knowledge of GIS/GIL is requested.
• Fluent in oral and written English.
