Mission and Purpose

China is the largest national market for Audi worldwide, representing about one third of global deliveries. The task of C/EP department is to develop long-term strategies to secure and extend the strong market position of Audi in China – in line with the global target of AUDI AG to become the No.1 premium brand worldwide.

C/EP-S as a central cross-functional department within the Audi China R&D has the task to:

• Develop the strategic foundation for the future development of the Audi R&D department in the China region
• Steer the process of change management
• Coordinate central functions (e.g. quality management system, invest, CAx processes and methods)
• Coordinate all internal and external communication activities

Job Duties:

• Project lead for the continuous development of the quality management system at R&D
• Coordinate R&D core team in regards to quality management activities
• Preparation, implementation and monitoring of process standards as well as other quality standards and internal quality management regulations
• Track progress of quality measures and report to R&D Management on a regular basis
• Support the preparation, planning and organization of quality system audits at R&D departments
• Coordinate internal communication activities in regards to quality management

Qualifications:

Education:

• University degree
• Major in automotive engineering, business administration, economics or related area

Professional skills:

• 3 to 5 years working experience (preferably in automotive industry)
• Experience in quality management systems preferred

Language skills :

• English: Full professional proficiency, Chinese or German is a plus
