Experience: · 2 years R&D working experience in Food & Beverage industry;

· Leadership · Necessary PC skills;

• Result driven;

Responsibilities

• Work closely with marketing, and other departments to understand trend of the bakery market and initiate new product concepts and develop the new products according to project brief;
• Leading the trial production of new products;
• Project management on new product development;
• Develop network leveraging internal & external resources to support innovation and product development;
• Develop and broaden knowledge of bread or cake/mousse;
