工作职责:

? Conduct scientific experimentation and apply technology into business practices to differentiate GL in the market place.

? Maintains good laboratory records and provides reports or presentations when necessary.

? Provide technical assistance to cross functions and customers, assist product presentation.

? Provide detailed recommendations for new product, process and techniques to business development.

? Lead the evaluation of new raw materials in product and application, assist in improving the related production lines.

? Participates in the sensory evaluation, plant trials and brain storming.

? Advises management on research trends and developments in their area of technical expertise.

? Supervise and coach other team members, manage and train subordinates.

? Responsible for formula security, and lab administration.

任职资格:

? Bachelor degree or above in food science or Chemistry (cereal chemistry or fermentation).

? 3-5 years of working experience in food R&D.

? Good English speaking/writing skills a plus.

? Good command of Microsoft offices.
