We are seeking new talent for the position of:

Responsibilities of research and development scientist include but not limited to the following:

• Test and evaluate the quality of skincare products.
• Analyze any laboratory and production sample deviation
• Ensure compliance with test, repair, quality, and cosmetic procedures and standards.
• Plate count microbiological cleanliness test
• Assist with defining production problems, analyzing data and communicating an action plan to improve product and operating performance.
• Prepare lab-scale product batches of cosmetic products for evaluation
• Maintain analytical equipment, laboratory notebooks and electronic records

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent, from disciplines of chemistry, biology, biochemistry, chemical or biochemical engineering, medical study etc.;
• Experience in cosmetic business or quality control is preferred;
• Research skills, with strong problem solving, oral/written communication and analytical abilities, creativities, market vision.
