• Build solid understanding on North Asia Foods packaging portfolio and technologies, Unilever global standards in packaging lab testing, component and mould approval, as well as the project management process for Unilever innovation/renovation/VIP and SC support projects

• Conduct lab testing for new packaging components and competitor sample analysis, and accurately record and report data

• Support regional supplier approval to support innovation & cost effective programme.

• Support Packaging Quality Improvement activities

• Support packaging material saving and promotion pack development for VIP project and Promotion projects
  

Critical Success Factors for the Job:

At least 2 years working experience in FMCG packaging development.

Basic packaging knowledge (flexible and rigid plastic)

Good communication skill

Good Project management competency

Good oral/written English skills
