Key Responsibilities:

• Lead R&D organisations, define global and long term growth strategy through by building key R&D talent workforce and lead execution
• Leading execute of localised global SOP and technology process
• Be responsible for annual budget planning and management of R&D department
• Lead execution of the JV program with US partner
• Work with commercial team for future product development road-map and execution
• Work with QA team to build up regulatory policy and quality system for future growth
• Lead key client engagement, audit, business review, and policy discussion

Key Requirements:

• At least 10 years R&D leadership experience in clinical diagnostic, medical device or clinical testing
• In depth understanding of regulatory policy around quality and compliance
• Proven leadership role in product development
• Track record on strong management experience
• PhD in science filed, from Molecular, MS, Pathology, Immunology, Microbiology related field
• MBA is preferred
