R&D Scientist (neuro-regeneration)
- Essential Job Functions -
1. Establish culture systems for the efficient derivation of neural cells from human induced-pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs);
2. Develop bioprocesses for the scalable manufacture of neural cells from human iPSCs under GMP environment;
3. Genome engineering of human iPSCs;
4. Proficient in analyzing techniques such as flow cytometry, qRT-PCR, immunofluorescence, etc;
5. Characterization and functional evaluation of human iPSC-derived neural cells using in vitro and in vivo methods;
6. Complete additional tasks and assist colleagues by providing scientific inputs.
- Job requirements -
1. Doctoral degree or above in regenerative medicine, biotechnology or related area;
2. Fluent spoken English and strong writing ability in Chinese and English;
3. Good organization, coordination, communication skills and team spirit;
4. Strong ability in cost management and risk assessment;
5. Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility and complete tasks arranged by the company on time;
6. Strong creative and critical thinking, management experience and clinical research experience are highly preferred.
